Saddle Trial Policy
STORE HOURS: Sunday 10AM - 4PM Monday - Wednesday 9AM - 6PM Thursday 9AM- 8PM Friday & Saturday 9AM - 6PM
We allow new and used saddles to be shipped for a 5-day Trial Period. To take advantage of our 5-day Saddle Trial call us at (860)464-1559.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, and all saddles must be shipped with tracking information both ways.
Saddles may be tried for 5 (five) days from date of receipt. We understand that life happens so if a longer period is necessary, we require that you call the shop for an extension.
New saddles must be returned in “new” condition: no rubs or marks from leathers, no dirt or dust or sweat marks.
Saddles are to be returned in same box and packaging.
In order to take advantage of our Trial Period the customer must allow for the full purchase price to be processed on a credit card prior to trial shipment. If the customer does not want the saddle after trial a refund will be processed upon return in the same condition.
All refunds are processed immediately upon return. Please allow 2-3 business days for normal refund processing.
